Jamaican coffee has been internationally famous from as far back as the eighteen century and gained particular prominence in the ninteenth century when many of the natives turned to growing the crops on their own land. Most of the farmers chose the mountains , including the very steep slopes of the Blue Mountains for planting.

Brewing and Storing Coffee

For the best results, use a drip pot.; French Press or percolator. Use two(2) level tablespoons of ground coffee per 8oz servings. add more or less to suit individual taste. Coffee should not be allowed to boil and should be consumed within an hour for best taste..

Store coffee in an air tight container ( our coffee packs were selected for this reason) Do not store coffee beans or or ground coffee in the freezer or refrigerator as this will rob it of its natural moisture faster.
