Shipping
Payments can be made via Paypal sorry no check payment over
the phone
All prices are in US currency.
Notification of delivery discrepancies including merchandise shortage
and damages MUST be called or faxed into the office within 48 hours
of merchandise receipt. Returns are subject to a restocking fee
of 15% of value of merchandise.
No returns allowed without prior approval.
Seasonal or special order merchandise is not acceptable for return.
Due to fluctuation in currency all listed prices are subject to
change without prior notice.
Buyer pays for shipping and handling , shipments done via Federal
Express, UPS or US Postal Service. Orders are shipped via standard
ground services unless rush delivery is requested.
We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible however
since our products are imported we cannot gurantee delivery date
for products not in stock. If a product is not in stock we will
inform customers via email or by phone if a phone number is supplied.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST on Friday or on weekends will
be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will
be shipped the next business day.
For shipment outside of the United States , buyer pays own duties
if applicable and special handling fee. Shipping to Alaska and Hawai
vary by carrier and delivery area therefore shipping charges calculated
are estimates. Please contact our Customer Service Department for
details of shipping to these areas.
We cannot ship to PO Box or APO.

Next Day air - we add $ 39.95
For shipment to Europe once shipped the delivery time is 5 working
days .
There is a handling charge of $15 US for goods shipped outside
the USA. that charge is per shipment. However if several items are
shipped in one shipment the charge will only apply once.
Florida residents pay a sales tax of 6.5% of value of merchandise.
